Do not use in active significant bleeding (e.g. peptic ulcer or brain bleed), severe liver disease, or allergy to either component. Use with caution alongside anticoagulants, NSAIDs, or PPIs (omeprazole/esomeprazole may reduce clopidogrel efficacy — use pantoprazole if a PPI is needed). Tell your doctor and dentist before any surgery or invasive procedure.
