Hundreds of drug and food interactions — especially vitamin K-rich foods (green leafy vegetables: spinach, broccoli, kale). Maintain a consistent diet. Report every new medicine, supplement, or herbal product to your doctor immediately. Alcohol greatly increases bleeding risk. Carry an anticoagulant alert card at all times.
