Diclofenac and thiocolchicoside tablets are used to relieve pain from painful muscle spasms, often linked to back pain, neck stiffness (torticollis), sprains, strains, and muscle injuries, by combining an anti-inflammatory (diclofenac) with a muscle relaxant (thiocolchicoside) to reduce pain, swelling, and stiffness.
