Clopidogrel 150 mg tablet (antiplatelet agent)

Used to prevent blood clots in patients who have had a heart attack, stroke, or have unstable angina (acute coronary syndrome). Clopidogrel stops platelets (tiny blood cells) from sticking together to form dangerous clots.

Do not use if allergic to clopidogrel, have active bleeding such as a stomach ulcer or bleeding in the brain, or have severe liver disease. Use with caution with aspirin, NSAIDs (like ibuprofen), warfarin, or other blood thinners — combination increases bleeding risk. Tell your doctor before any surgical or dental procedure.
