Do not use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not in anuria or allergy to sulphonamide medicines. Monitor electrolytes (potassium, sodium), kidney function, and blood pressure regularly. Tell your doctor about all medicines, especially potassium supplements, lithium, and NSAIDs. Avoid grapefruit juice (increases amlodipine levels).
