Clopidogrel 75 mg + Aspirin 75 mg tablet (dual antiplatelet combination)

Used to prevent blood clots and reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes in patients with acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina, recent heart attack) or those who have had a stent placed in their coronary arteries (percutaneous coronary intervention — PCI). Dual antiplatelet therapy provides stronger clot prevention than either medicine alone.

Do not use in active bleeding (e.g. stomach ulcer or intracranial bleed), severe liver disease, or known allergy to either component. Use with caution with warfarin, other anticoagulants, or NSAIDs — increased bleeding risk. Tell your doctor and dentist before any surgery or dental procedure. Proton pump inhibitors (like omeprazole) are often prescribed alongside to protect the stomach.
