Metolazone 5 mg tablet (quinazoline-sulphonamide diuretic — thiazide-related)

Use to be verified from the physical pack/composition before publication.

Do not use in severe kidney failure (anuria), known allergy to sulphonamide medicines, or in hepatic coma. When combined with loop diuretics, electrolyte monitoring is essential — the combination can cause severe potassium and sodium loss. Monitor kidney function, potassium, sodium, magnesium, and uric acid regularly. Avoid in pregnancy.
