Do not use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not with history of angioedema from any ACE inhibitor or with aliskiren in diabetes. Monitor kidney function and potassium regularly. Tell your doctor about all medicines, especially NSAIDs, potassium supplements, and lithium.
